How do I sign up for a membership?

We'd love to have you as a member! You can sign up for memberships through this membership page: https://go.booker.com/location/Abura/buy/membership and choosing the membership you would like! Easy as that!

How do I receive my free facial/massage and/or other perks?

Your monthly facial and/or massage will automatically be free after you join. For the other perks, just let us know at the counter that you are a member when you come in for your free monthly sauna, are booking another service or to purchase ABURA products and we will apply the discount!

I can't make it in for a facial this month, what are my options?

You can gift your free monthly service to a friend or loved one! Just email us to let us know who you are gifting you service to at info@aburaskincare.com and tell them to give us your name when they come in!

We do not rollover missed services to the next month.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

If you wish to cancel your membership after signing up, simply email us at info@aburaskincare.com and our team will be happy to help!

Kindly note that we require a three-month minimum and one membership term's notice for cancellation (a membership term is defined as the time frame for which a membership payment is applied and/or offered at a discounted rate). Memberships will be cancelled effective one membership term following our receipt of such cancellation request.

How do I pause or cancel my facial membership?

To cancel or pause your membership, please email info@aburaskincare.com and we will begin the process for you. We do not have a fee for pausing your membership as long as you are past the 3 month minimum.

When does my CC get charged monthly?

Your membership auto-renews each month on the day you originally signed up for the membership, and you can book your appointment for any time within the month.

I don't see a membership that fits my needs, what should I do?

We provide custom memberships to those who are looking to add in energy work or combining services! Let us know when you come in what you are looking for or email us at info@aburaskincare.com and we'll work with you to create a membership that fits!
